Request for Application Fee Waiver

Congratulations!  You have been recommended by an Alum of SUNY Brockport to apply to a graduate program. Their recommendation allows you to receive a $50 application fee waiver by completing the below form.  In order to receive your application fee waiver please follow the below instructions carefully.

IMPORTANT: To receive an application fee waiver:

• Create a log-in to begin a graduate application 
• Once you have started a graduate application, complete this form to receive an application fee waiver.  Do not submit your application until after this form has been submitted and processed to ensure your application fee waiver has been applied.
• You will receive confirmation from the Center for Graduate Studies when your application fee waiver has been applied and to proceed with your application submission.
